Designation of Positions Regarding Filing of Statement of Economic Interests

 

The Political Reform Act of 1974 mandates all state and local government agencies to adopt conflict of interest codes designating those positions which entail the making or participation in the making of decisions which may affect the financial interest of the agency.

 

The San Benito County Office of Education employees in the positions designated below either make or participate in the making of decisions which may affect financial interests;

 

The San Benito County Board of Education declares the following San Benito County Office of Education positions as designated positions requiring annual filing of a Statement of Economic Interest:

 

Superintendent of Schools
Board of Education Member
Assistant Superintendent, Educational & Administrative Services
Assistant Superintendent, Business Services
Director of Business Services
Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Director of Special Projects
Director of Special Services
Principal
SELPA Director
Special Education Coordinator
Director of Technology

 

Individuals in the above designated positions shall file annual statements with the

San Benito County Clerk in accordance with the directives of the San Benito County Board of Supervisors and the San Benito County Superintendent of Schools.  Economic Interest Statements shall consist of the State Form 730 schedules A, B, C-1, C-2, D, E, F, G, H-1, H-2, and H-3 as appropriate.
