Confidential Employees

 

The following employees are hereby designated as confidential employees under Government Code Section 3540.1(c):

 

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ OFFICE MANAGER

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

PAYROLL/ RETIREMENT ANALYST

HUMAN RESOURCES/CREDENTIALS MANAGER

 

 

Confidential employees, as part of their basic duty assignments, shall respect the confidentiality of all matters relating to the Board’s position on matters within the scope of representation discussed in closed or executive sessions of the Board, and the confidentiality of the County Superintendent of Schools’ position on such matters except when the County Superintendent of Schools has publicly stated his/her position.  Failure to maintain confidentiality shall be considered gross insubordination and shall constitute ground for the commencement of dismissal proceedings.
